SCM-4 Fourth International Symposium on Separation and Characterization of Natural and Synthetic Macromolecules
By organizing this symposium, we try to bring together a variety of scientists, who share an interest in the separation and characterization of large molecules. The target audience includes specialists from the analytical-chemistry, polymer-science and life-science communities. We will create a platform for scientists from diverging backgrounds and with different current perspectives to interact, to discuss subjects of mutual interest, and to discover new synergies.
The program will feature a limited number of plenary lectures by internationally renowned speakers, addressing subjects of broad interest. Tutorial lectures are intended to bring non-specialists up to date on a series of important topics. Keynote lectures and submitted oral presentations will be presented in two parallel sessions.
The hub of the meeting is the large exhibition hall, where scientific posters will be displayed and discussed, instruments and consumables will be exhibited, and vendor seminars will be held.
The working language of the Symposium will be English.
SCM Award
During the symposium, the scientific advisory committee will select the most innovative paper and poster contribution in the field of the separation and characterization of natural and synthetic macromolecules. The award will be presented during the closing session of the last symposium day.
